Here in
Minnesota tile
floors feel cold year around, so in our new home we had “ELEKTRA Warm Floor”
installed, because we love ceramic tile for its beauty, long life and ease of
cleaning.
We had our
installer place it in the kitchen and dining area, as well as in the master
bath, each with its own thermostat.
Based on the cost
of our 'Warm Floor' installation,
it appears to have made an increase in our house payment of about $5.00 per
month. This was about half the cost of a hot water system. A small price to pay
for the comfort we enjoy!
Our only regret
is that we didn’t install more of it !
