Many rooms are going to be radiant floor heated by Elektra VC and
VCD heating cables.

What at the first glance looks like the typical
hot water (hydronic) floor radiant heating installation is in fact electric
heating cable. This room needed 650+ ft long
Elektra cable model VCD10/2070. (2070Watts, 9 Amps, 240Volts).
Combined with the floor temperature sensing
programmable thermostat for precise control, this is all the heating this room
will need. 2000+Watts = 7000+BTU's. As strange
as it sounds the room can be air-conditioned and floor heated at the same time
for comfort and convenience. When combined with forced air heating and
air-conditioning registers already there, the true energy efficient hybrid
heating is accomplished at the minimal cost and maximum effect - all in under 1
day by 1 person.

The floors are ready for tiles.

We are proud to be the part of such an exeptional restoration.
Please
remember: Electricity can be deadly and wiring done incorrectly can kill and
start deadly and destructive fires even when "just replacing one small
receptacle".
YOU
ARE DEALING WITH LINE VOLTAGE, not low voltage!
NEVER
EVER attempt to work or even touch the inside of the electrical components
without being 100% sure that the power is
disconnected!
If
you are not an electrcian and if you have the slightest doubt about your wiring
ability, please contact a licensed electrician and/or repairman before
doing any diagnosis, repairs or installations. The products shown here
are deemed SAFE and sound by various testing authorities but the wiring
process can only be SAFE when done with safety precautions. Please
read manuals and/or ask pros when not sure. Most of the simple
installations shown here can be done by yourself or you can have someone
qualified do it for you and THEN have the electrician check it and connect it to
power.
